EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by submitting a return request through your customer account.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been accessed.
