"YOUR NEXT MOVE" FAN MAIL
Just thought we'd send in a note of gratitude to you, Jamie and Emily
for adding "Your next move" dance class at the beginning of the Rusty's Rhythm Club dances! We loved it and the pace and detail with which they taught it! Just the right level for Intermediates! It's also a great way to warm up for the evening and meet a few new people. And I predict that all by itself it will be a big draw for attendance in general.
Please pass on to Jamie and Emily how much their efforts are appreciated!

WHAT IS IT?
"Your Next Move" was designed by Jamie and Emily to provide Rusty's Rhythm Club regulars and Lindy by the Sea students with an intermediate lesson before social dancing to encourage dancers to experiment and improve their dancing - one move at a time.
This class is non-progressive and is intended to give students one new thing to concentrate on practicing and incorporating into their social dancing to expand their repertoire and encourage creativity and musicality in a social dance setting.
There is no extra charge for this class, it is included in your $15 cover charge of the night. Students should already know basic moves (East Coast basic, Swingout/Lindy basic, Charleston basic, etc.) since Your Next Move will build on that foundation. This class is in addition to our on-going beginner class, also at 7:30.
Jamie has been dancing since 2002, and Emily started dancing in 2005. They have both competed in numerous local and national competitions, including NJC, and have won or placed in several of these competitions. Jamie and Emily began teaching together in 2010 and have taught regularly at Rusty's, as well as at various charity and private events. Jamie and Emily love to be creative (and at times a little silly!) on the dance floor and seek to bring that creativity and fun into their classes.
The first class! June 13, 2012
IS THERE STILL A BEGINNER'S SWING CLASS?
Yes, we also will be having our beginner Swing Dance Class from 7:30-8:00 at the Wednesday dances and 8:00-8:30 on the Friday dances.
